Goat yogurt.....   We think that pretty much says it all! The only thing better than the occassional taste of goat milk or goat cheese or goat yogurt is a regular addition of all three to your diet. Our goats spend their days browsing in the fields eating all of their favorite treats that grow narturally in our fields and that they are certain that God and all of mankind put their "just" for them. At milking time the girls get a special treat of alfalfa hay while they are awaiting their turn to be milked and finally, when it is their turn, they are given a grain ration. These things, coupled with cool fresh water and plenty of sunshine and fresh air create the sweet and delicious milk that in turn creates our wonderful milk, cheeses and yogurts. Our milk and milk products do NOT contain any hormones or antibiotics. Our Chevre cheeses are fresh soft cheeses that are wonderful by themselves and a delightful addition to your recipes. Experiment and be creative, then let us know how you use our Chevre. Our fresh Chevre cheese will keep about 2 weeks in the refrigerator, but it also freezes wonderfully. Cheese is packaged in 1/2 pound containers. Chive Our wonderful chive Chevre' is a perfect blend of our original Chevre' with the addition of seasalt and just the right amount of chives blended throughout creating a nice mild flavor that is just perfect. Plain Our Plain Chevre' is anything but "plain". This wonderful fresh cheese with the perfect amount of sea salt added is great by itsself and absolutely wonderful when added to any of your favorite recipes. Jalapeno If you like jalapeno then you are going to love this Jalapeno Chevre! Just the right blend of jalapenos so that you know that they are there but it isn't going to set you on fire. An excellent addition to burgers, veggies and chicken dishes. Bacon Onion Bacon Onion Chevre. It has bacon in it! Need we say more? Perfect on burgers, steak, potatoes, veggies, chips, etc.... Honey Almond Real honey and real sliced almonds. This cheese is amazingly addictive. :) Perfect on your morning bagels or your waffles, but also excellent as a dessert cheese Roasted Garlic & Herb If you like garlic you are going to LOVE this wonderfully flavored Chevre! Excellent in any of your pasta sauces! We like to use in our lasagna and manicotti in place of the ricotta cheese. Strawberry Pecan Another amazing breakfast or dessert cheese. Our favorite way to serve it is to make small balls with it and then roll them in graham cracker crumbs for instant cheese cake bites. Mexican Spinach A wonderful blend of dried spinach and spices to create just the right amount of heat that you would expect in a cheese of this name. Milk We start with sweet fresh whole milk and we end with sweet fresh whole milk. That's it. Available in gallon and 1/2 gallon.
