MILK & EGGS
GOAT MILK
(Fresh or Frozen)
We have a small herd of Nubian dairy goats who provide us with their wonderful milk. Their delicious and fresh raw goat milk is packaged in 1/2 gallon glass jars (for quick cooling). Our girls supply us with some of the best tasting milk we have ever had and we are sure that you will love it too. Jar deposits are required for fresh milk. Sorry, we can not use your jars due to sanitation issues. Fresh milk must be purchased from the farm. All orders for fresh milk must be placed at least one (1) day prior to the time that you want to pick it up...this ensures the freshest possible product for you.
Our frozen milk is the same great product as our fresh milk, however (1) it is frozen and (2) it is packaged in either 1 gallon water jugs or 2 liter pop bottles. Once milking season is in full swing, frozen milk is available "almost" all of the time. Frozen goat milk is used quite regularly for small and/or orphaned animals and is the next best thing to mother's own milk.
EGGS
Our small flock of Buff Orpington and Production Red chickens dine on grasses, weeds and bugs each day, but we also provide them with a grain to make sure that they are receiving all of the needed nutrients and they dutifully bless us with their bounty of large brown eggs each day. Eggs are available for purchase by the dozen or 18 count. If you haven't had a farm fresh egg lately, then you don't know what you are missing.
